Elite Fleet is a premium gated layer across the platform. Not every driver gets in. Not every job uses it. When it activates, clients get faster, higher-grade service and drivers earn on premium-rate work.

One ladder. Premium → Enterprise.
Vehicles are auto-suggested into a tier based on class, then confirmed by a founder. Clients see only the tier their plan unlocks.

Booking flow
- 1. Client unlocks Elite via Business or Enterprise add-on subscription.
- 2. Books a party bus charter — base rate + +10% Elite Usage Fee.
- 3. Only founder-approved Executive-tier drivers can accept the trip.
- 4. Driver paid on the base rate; platform keeps the Elite premium.
